Returns And Refunds

- All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
- All return orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee dependingon the item(s).(Only transaction fees will be charged before the product is removed from the shelves and the packaging is ready for shipment.)Any freight, handling, or supplier charges incurred byJHMAUTOSHOP will also apply.
- There are no returns or exchanges on merchandise in used condition, damaged condition, or otherwise any condition that is not brand new.
- No return on custom painted wheels, special orders, custom wheels,3 piece wheels.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging charges, both ways.
- All returns require a return authorization (RA) number.
- RA number must be legibly printed on each package of the return shipment.
- Any return without an RA number will be refused.
- All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- JHMAUTOSHOP is not responsible for any shops labor fees to install, mount,or rebalance your wheels and tires.
 
Individual Products
- Inspect all products upon receipt prior to use. 
- Please test fit wheels prior to mounting tires; once tires are mounted, we are unable to authorize a return even if there is a fitment issue. 
- Tires with any mileage is considered used and non-returnable
 
Wheel and Tire Package
- Inspect all products upon receipt prior to use.
- Please test fit prior to mounting; once mounted to the vehicle, the wheel and tire package is non-returnable even if there is a fitment issue.
-Once installed on vehicle, the wheel and tire package in considered used even if there is no mileage on the tires.
 
Suspension and Other Accessories
- Inspect all products upon receipt and make sure it is the correct parts for your vehicle. 
- All suspension and accessories that have been installed or attempted installation in non-returnable.
- Any returned items with signed of installation or attempted installation will be returned to the sender with no credit being issued.
 
 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund on products in new/unused condition.

All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way).

The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:

FILE A CLAIM

Please file a claim through below form

RECEIVE RETURN AUTHORIZATION

You will recieve RA(Return Authorization) form with the exact return address and shipping label within 1-3 business days

SHIP IT BACK

Print and attach the provided shipping label as well as the RA form to the outside of the package

RECEIVE REFUND

Once the merchandise is received your refund would be issued within 48 hours
